on providing access to the premium features of the QuizPilot service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer of "PILOT AI SYSTEMS" LLC (TIN 312691044, the "Provider") addressed to any individual (the "User") who intends to purchase paid access to the premium features of the QuizPilot service at https://quizpilot.uz (the "Service").

1.2. Payment for a selected package constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer (Articles 367–369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan). The agreement is deemed concluded once the payment is confirmed by the payment system.

1.3. The current version of the Offer is permanently available at https://quizpilot.uz/offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider grants the User access to the extended (premium) features of the Service ("Premium") for the period defined by the selected package.

2.2. Available packages, their duration and prices are listed on the Premium page of the Service at the moment of purchase. Prices are stated in Uzbek soum (UZS).

2.3. Premium is a digital service; no physical goods are delivered.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1. To place an order the User: (a) signs in to the Service via Apple ID, Google or Telegram; (b) opens the Premium page and selects a package; (c) selects a payment method; (d) confirms the payment on the secure page of the payment provider.

3.2. Payment methods on the website: the Payme and Click payment services, which accept Uzcard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard bank cards.

3.3. The order is considered placed once the payment is confirmed by the payment system.

3.4. By pressing the payment button, the User confirms that they have read and agree to this Offer, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. Premium is activated automatically after payment confirmation, normally within a few minutes.

4.2. Access is provided for the full period of the selected package from the moment of activation.

4.3. If Premium has not been activated within 1 hour after a successful payment, the User should contact support (Section 8); the Provider will activate the package or refund the payment in full.

4.4. The service is deemed duly rendered when the access period of the paid package expires.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

5.1. A payment is refunded in full if: (a) the payment was debited but Premium was not activated and cannot be activated; (b) the same package was paid for twice (the duplicate payment is refunded); (c) the request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and the premium features have not been used.

5.2. To request a refund, the User emails [email protected] stating the payment date, amount, payment method and the receipt/payment ID. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. You can also reach us via Telegram support.

5.3. Refunds are made only to the same bank card or payment account used for the purchase. Depending on the bank and payment system, funds arrive within 1–10 banking days after the refund is approved.

5.4. Once the package's access period has expired, the service is considered rendered and the payment is non-refundable, except as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5.5. Matters not covered by this Offer are governed by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and other applicable legislation.

6. Payment Security

6.1. Payments are processed on the secure pages of the respective payment providers (Payme, Click) using TLS encryption, PCI DSS-certified infrastructure and, where applicable, 3-D Secure / SMS confirmation.

6.2. The Provider does not request, receive, process or store full bank card details of Users.

7. Personal Data

7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

8. Liability and Disputes

8.1. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for educational purposes. The Provider is not liable for decisions made by the User based on AI-generated content.

8.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations; failing agreement — in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

9. Amendments

9.1. The Provider may amend this Offer. The new version takes effect upon publication at https://quizpilot.uz/offer and applies to purchases made after publication.
