Refund Policy

This policy covers two kinds of purchase: Premium paid in Uzbekistan through Payme or Click (the sections below), and subscriptions bought outside Uzbekistan through Paddle (the last section).

This policy applies to Premium packages purchased on quizpilot.uz and paid by bank card (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard), Payme or Click. Full terms are in the Public Offer.

When a refund is issued

• The payment was debited but Premium was not activated and cannot be activated — full refund.
• The same package was paid for twice — the duplicate payment is refunded.
• The request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and the premium features have not been used — full refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] stating: the payment date, the amount, the payment method, and the receipt or payment ID. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. You can also message us on Telegram support.

Where and when the money arrives

Refunds are made only to the same card or payment account used for the purchase. Depending on the bank and payment system, funds arrive within 1–10 banking days after the refund is approved.

When a refund is not issued

Once the package's access period has expired or been used, the service is considered rendered and the payment is non-refundable — except as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Purchases made through Paddle (outside Uzbekistan)

Orders from customers outside Uzbekistan are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. For these orders:

• You can get a full refund on request within 14 days of your first payment or of any renewal payment.
• To ask for one, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the order number from your receipt, or contact Paddle's buyer support through the link in your Paddle receipt email (or at paddle.net).
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. When the money arrives depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. A payment made more than 14 days ago is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
