QuizPilot «PILOT AI SYSTEMS» MChJ (STIR 312691044) tomonidan boshqariladi — O'zbekistondagi mustaqil AI mahsulot kompaniyasi. Kompaniya haqida batafsil: pilotaisystems.com.

1. Shartlarni qabul qilish

QuizPilot («Ilova»)dan foydalanish orqali siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz. Rozi bo'lmasangiz, Ilovadan foydalanmang.

2. Xizmat tavsifi

QuizPilot — sun'iy intellekt asosida test yaratish platformasi. Siz hujjat yuklaysiz, biz undan testlar, fleshkartalar va taqdimotlar yaratamiz.

3. Hisoblar

Apple ID, Google yoki Telegram orqali kirishingiz mumkin. Hisobingiz xavfsizligi uchun o'zingiz javobgarsiz.

4. Obunalar va xaridlar

Bepul foydalanuvchilar davriy yangilanadigan cheklangan kreditlar oladi.
Saytda Premium avtomatik uzaytirilmaydigan paketlar ko'rinishida sotiladi; to'lov Payme va Click to'lov xizmatlari orqali (Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard bank kartalari qabul qilinadi) amalga oshiriladi. Bu xaridlar Ommaviy oferta va Pul qaytarish siyosati bilan tartibga solinadi.
iOS'da Premium'ni Apple orqali ham sotib olish mumkin: bir martalik paketlar yoki avtomatik uzaytiriladigan obunalar. Obuna joriy davr tugashidan kamida 24 soat oldin bekor qilinmasa, avtomatik uzaytiriladi; to'lov Apple ID hisobidan yechiladi, boshqarish — Sozlamalar → Apple ID → Obunalar.

5. Kontent va intellektual mulk

Yuklagan hujjatlaringizga bo'lgan huquqlar sizda qoladi. Kontentingizdan yaratilgan testlar sizniki. Foydalanish huquqiga ega bo'lmagan kontentni yuklash taqiqlanadi.

6. Taqiqlangan foydalanish

Ilovadan zararli, noqonuniy yoki huquqlarni buzuvchi kontent tarqatish, shuningdek xizmatni buzish, ekspluatatsiya qilish yoki teskari muhandislik qilishga urinish uchun foydalanish mumkin emas.

7. Javobgarlikni cheklash

QuizPilot «boricha» (as is) taqdim etiladi. Ilovadan foydalanish bilan bog'liq zararlar, jumladan SI yaratgan kontent aniqligi uchun javobgar emasmiz.

8. O'zgarishlar

Biz ushbu shartlarni istalgan vaqtda yangilashimiz mumkin. O'zgarishlardan keyin foydalanishni davom ettirish rozilik hisoblanadi.

1. Принятие условий

Используя QuizPilot («Приложение»), вы соглашаетесь с настоящими условиями. Если вы не согласны — не используйте Приложение.

2. Описание сервиса

QuizPilot — платформа генерации тестов на основе ИИ. Вы загружаете документы, а мы создаём из них тесты, флеш-карточки и презентации.

3. Аккаунты

Вход возможен через Apple ID, Google или Telegram. Вы отвечаете за безопасность своего аккаунта.

4. Подписки и покупки

Бесплатные пользователи получают ограниченные кредиты, которые периодически обновляются.
На сайте Premium продаётся в виде разовых (непродлеваемых) пакетов с оплатой через платёжные сервисы Payme и Click (принимаются банковские карты Uzcard, Humo, Visa, Mastercard). Эти покупки регулируются Публичной офертой и Политикой возврата.
В iOS Premium также можно приобрести через Apple: разовые пакеты или автопродлеваемые подписки. Подписка продлевается автоматически, если не отменена минимум за 24 часа до конца текущего периода; оплата списывается с аккаунта Apple ID, управление — в Настройках → Apple ID → Подписки.

5. Контент и интеллектуальная собственность

Вы сохраняете права на загруженные документы. Тесты, созданные из вашего контента, принадлежат вам. Нельзя загружать контент, на который у вас нет прав.

6. Запрещённое использование

Запрещается использовать Приложение для распространения вредоносного, незаконного или нарушающего права контента, а также пытаться взломать, эксплуатировать или нарушить работу сервиса.

7. Ограничение ответственности

QuizPilot предоставляется «как есть». Мы не несём ответственности за ущерб, связанный с использованием Приложения, включая точность сгенерированного ИИ контента.

8. Изменения

Мы можем обновлять эти условия в любое время. Продолжение использования после изменений означает согласие с ними.

Who we are

QuizPilot is operated by "PILOT AI SYSTEMS" LLC (Tax ID 312691044), an independent AI product company based in Uzbekistan. For more about the company, visit pilotaisystems.com.

1. Acceptance

By using QuizPilot ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

QuizPilot is an AI-powered quiz generation platform. You upload documents, and we generate quizzes, flashcards, and presentations from them.

3. Accounts

You may sign in via Apple ID, Google, or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

Free users receive limited credits that refresh periodically.
On the web, Premium is sold as non-renewing passes paid via the Payme and Click payment services, which accept Uzcard, Humo, Visa and Mastercard bank cards. These purchases are governed by the Public Offer and the Refund Policy.
On iOS, Premium can also be purchased through Apple as non-renewing passes or auto-renewable subscriptions. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you upload. Quizzes generated from your content are yours. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuizPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including AI-generated content accuracy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
