1. Acceptance

By using QuizPilot ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

QuizPilot is an AI-powered quiz generation platform. You upload documents, and we generate quizzes, flashcards, and presentations from them.

3. Accounts

You may sign in via Apple ID, Google, or Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Free users receive limited credits that refresh periodically.
• Premium access can be purchased as non-renewing passes or auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of documents you upload. Quizzes generated from your content are yours. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the App to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content, or attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuizPilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including AI-generated content accuracy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
